I am almost half way there!
The cleanse routine is actually going quite well! I’ve eaten pretty much the same thing each day, as I’ve been too busy to plan and prepare additional meal options for the one hearty solid meal of the day. However, my taste buds became bored a couple of days ago and needed stimulating! So I visited the Clean website (www.my.cleanprogram.com) for recipes, made a grocery list, and headed to the grocery store. I like the Clean Gut cleanse because you are able to eat fish, as well as organic and grass-fed meat. There are a host of food restrictions, but it’s not that bad!
Today I prepared salmon and red quinoa for lunch.
